Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
Whether you like them mild or hot, this easy appetizer makes a great addition to any BBQ, Picnic, Party, or Dinner.

½ cup cream cheese
½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp hot sauce
12 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, (seeds and membranes removed – optional)
12 slices bacon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix cream cheese, hot sauce and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture. Wrap each stuffed pepper with a half slice of bacon. Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes. Or place in air fryer basket at 400 degrees for 12-15 minute.
