Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1015 slices bread, no crust, cut into cubes
  • 12 lbs. sausage browned
  • 2 c. grated cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
  • 5 eggs beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Place bread cubes in 9 X 13 casserole dish
  3. Sprinkle sausage over top.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese
  5. Mix eggs milk salt and pepper and pour over layers.
  6. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until firm and brown.
