Fig Strawberry Preserves
- Yield: 6 1x
- 3 c. mashed figs (about 20 medium figs in food processor)
- 2 (3oz.) pkgs. or 1 (6oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
- Water (per Jello instructions)
- 3 c. sugar
- Thoroughly mix figs, Jello, water and sugar in a large pan.
- Bring to boil over medium heat and boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour quickly into jars.
- Cover immediately.
